Elton was paying “according to John Glenn” $650.00 per month for the doublewide lot and surrounding area including a barn and arena and about 15 acres. Also included in that payment is most of the back 96 acres for grazing rights. We believe Elton’s doublewide is financed with First Bank of Clewiston that holds the note on the property in question. Tom and Verna Benbow -177 performances horses - were paying $800.00 for his lot and barn and about 15 acres before John Glenn came up with the new chart.

Alpha Ministry
Alpha is a 501C3 corporation and was established sometime after Freedom Ranch was incorporated and is located on Freedom Ranch property. As far as the Sweatt’s know, John Glenn is “Alpha Ministry”. Freedom Ranch has a 99 year contract with Alpha for $5,000 per month as the main building is built on corporate property “the ranch” and owned by Freedom Ranch Inc. It is said Alpha has a contract with Freedom Ranch for $300K in the event the property is ever sold but the Sweatt’s have not seen the contract. That contract does not appear in the minutes of the Freedom Ranch documents or at least the Sweatt’s have not seen it.

The address of the principal office is 719 Highway 98 North, Okeechobee Florida, 34972. The subject property is located on about 138 acres at 11655 Highway 441 SE Okeechobee, FL 34972. The primary purpose of the Corp was to allow Alpha Ministries a location to setup its operation. Four partners including John Glenn, George Sweatt, Sandi Glenn and Dorothy Sweatt became sole owners with 25 shares of stock each.
