Slider block

See note on parts page

The slider block is a pieces of Plexiglass with 2 nylon wire clips attached with 10-24 x ½” brass screws and fitted loosely around the top wire. The wire should be stripped back and passed through the bottom hole in the slider, wrapped and soldered leaving no extrusions. The end of the Dacron should likewise be fastened in such a manner as to keep it clear of the top wire. A short piece of copper tubing or some sort of crimp may work. The turn-around block is built from two pieces of plexiglass. Pinch rollers are 1” Delrin with a 1/4” hole in center. All are mounted on 1/4 20 SS bolts using nylocks. The weight bar is also plexiglass and is free to swing on the 10-24 SS screw. Extra weight can be added to the bottom of the weight bar. The heavy duty salt water swivels are optional.
