Sandi’s adopted daughter and
Son-in-law live in the doublewide
with their two children.
This section is mostly open
pasture with about 520 feet
adjoined high 441. It has a
doublewide trailer and small
horse barn. Tom and Verna
Benbow live in the doublewide.
This section of the property is
about 96 acres. It consists
mostly of open pasture and
oak hammocks. The ranch
house and a doublewide
trailer are also located in this
section.
This section contains the main
building, the pavilion, RV
park, wedding park, a
doublewide trailer and a 4
inch well along with several
other improvements. Virginia
Chilton, Sandi’s mother, lives
in the doublewide.
The entire property is just less
than 138 acres and consists of
three parcels of land. The green
line shows the approximant
location dividing the front and
middle parcel.
