Lake Home

If you are looking for a home on the lake you have come to the right place. This is a beautiful
4 bedroom 3 bath home that has been 80 percent rebuilt since the hurricanes of the 2004-2005
seasons. The entire roof including much of the underlayment was replaced. 1" of foam
insulation and 1" of air gap were added above the plywood and paper. 6" of blown in insulation
was added in the attic and 1" of foam insulation was added to exterior walls. All drywall and
ceilings were replaced. All new carpet was installed in the bedrooms. The rest of the floors in
the main part of the home are porcelain tile installed about 5 years ago. All bathrooms were
rebuilt with custom showers from bare walls out and are also porcelain tile. All bedrooms, the
living room, the pool room and the "big room" are zoned with their own thermostats so each
room can be independently temperature controlled. AC vents are also available on an exterior
screen porch for future use if needed. The "big room" includes 2 built-in computer closets with
pullouts. Cable TV jacks were installed in bedrooms and are also in the "big room" and
living-dining rooms. It has a new stainless steel kitchen with recessed lighting. Most of the
wiring was replaced and all new fixtures were installed. This house is completely furnished and
ready for occupancy. The pool room has its own private bath on its own water heater that also
supplies an outside shower. The water system is newly rebuilt and includes a new water
softener. New insulated hurricane windows were installed and the exterior was stuccoed and
painted. This is the perfect home for entertaining large gatherings. The entire front yard was
excavated and good soil brought in to alloy cars to park anywhere in the yard. We have had
