Note the rope

of the mast. It is
the "skate line"
and is used to
keep the antennas
out of the
guy-wires and
other obstructions
on the trip up.
The antennas are hung on a bridle to keep them level
and a pulley rides the skate line which can be tagged out
from the tower to move the load away from wires and
such. The load line is also attached to a bridle to help
keep the antennas pointed up.
