Parable of the Sheep
Once upon a time in a faraway place there was a small plot of land and it was a beautiful place where an abundant fauna and flora grew and it was in the early days and it was very quiet throughout the land and few subjects knew of its existence. The emperor of the kingdom was an extraordinary individual with considerable charisma and personality. Once a week the emperor gathered all the sheep of the kingdom together in the sheep shelter to give them cool aid and assured them of a sovereign decree to rule over all the land and all that was in it, for that right was handed down directly to the Great Ram, from the Great Shepherd in the Sky. Within this kingdom there lived sheep whose sole purpose was to give pleasure to and be serviced by the Great Ram, as the top sheep was called, for it was ordered by the Great Shepherd in the Sky. Doing so would curry much favor with the Great Ram and the Great Ram would in turn draw more cool sweet cool aid from the well and serve it to all the sheep and all the sheep would bleat, you are the Great Ram, give us more cool aid. The Great Ram had only to express a desire and all the sheep in the land joyfully jumped to attend to the longings of the Great Ram for it was ordered by the Great Shepherd in the Sky. But lo, let not any sheep dare enquire of a shortage of fleece in the empire least the Great Ram be quick to judge it a threat to the sovereignty of the kingdom and immediately banished that sheep for evermore from the kingdom to which all the sheep bleated, you are the Great Ram, give us more cool aid.
And it came to pass there arrived in the kingdom a new Sheep, and lo, the Great Ram immediately saw that the new Sheep had upon it an abundant supply of fine woolen fleece that could be used to enrich the coffers of the empire so the new Sheep was taken apart unto a high meadow to be shorn and was given a great status in the kingdom. The Great Ram had been empowered by the Great Shepherd in the Sky with a remarkable gift of shrewdness to spot fine woolen fleece of any sheep that happened onto the land. So the new Sheep was shorn by the Great Ram and all the sheep bleated, you are the Great Ram, give us more cool, aid and all was well in the kingdom.
In time the New Sheep saw that more sheep were coming into the kingdom and the Great Ram came forth with the sheers as ordered by the Great Shepherd in the Sky and the new sheep were shorn and all the sheep bleated, you are the Great Ram, give us more cool aid. And it came to pass the new Sheep noticed a few sheep bearing fine woolen fleece liken unto itself and saw the Great Ram remove them apart unto that special meadow to be shorn and given a great status in the kingdom. The new Sheep dared to question the Great Ram what was the meaning of this. And the Great Ram answered unto the new Sheep, they have higher quality wool to give unto thine kingdom. The new sheep must be sheared more carefully for they bear a greater quality of fine woolen fleece, and shall only drink of my special cool aid, for it is ordered by the Great Shepherd in the Sky. The new Sheep ask of the other sheep what manor of treatment is this. The Great Ram then came unto the new Sheep to expel the new Sheep from the kingdom and the new Sheep ask of the Great Ram why hast though forsaken me? And the Great Ram said unto the new Sheep, thou dost not anymore bear fine woolen fleece for thy kingdom. Thou hast also dared to break the rules of thy kingdom which is forbidden. It is not permitted to come nigh unto the Great Ram to question thine authority and shall henceforth be forevermore banished from my kingdom and all the sheep bleated, you are the Great Ram, give us more cool aid. And so it was the new Sheep went out into the darkness, cold from lack of wool for warmth, to live out its life in disgrace for having dared to confront the Great Ram before the other sheep of the kingdom, and all the sheep bleated, you are the Great Ram, give us more cool aid.
