Anyone with the slightest knowledge of real estate law knows any permanent
improvements made to property automatically become the possessions of the owners or
the corporation. So to be clear, we as the four stockholders of Freedom Ranch do in fact
own any and all structures “built” on the property that do not fall into the category of
personal property. Real property is anything that isn't nailed down, dug into or built onto
the land. A house is real property, but a mobile home is not.
