I only gave him a few details and said I would get back to him. Two days later I received his letter telling me in no uncertain terms the partnership was over without one legitimate fact! What would it hurt to at least hear the plan in light of the fact I said we could make the payments which would have avoided the dilemma in which we now find ourselves?
